T&T Tinting has installed automotive films for several decades now, and has also installed Security Films on homes and buildings that protect against damage and injury to occupants caused by flying shards of glass during hurricanes, bomb blasts, acts of terrorism and vandalism.

T&T now has a new product that brings that kind of high-level security to the windows of your vehicle. "Break-Safe Automotive Security Films" by Llumar look just like T&T's standard automotive tinting films, but is 8x as thick.

Statistics show that more than 1/4 of all thefts are from motor vehicles, and the entry point on the majority of these were through the glass.

Another great added benefit is the increased safety of the treated windows during a side-impact crash. Automotive side windows are made with "tempered" glass, (not laminated safety glass like the front windshield) and when broken, crumble into thousands of small sharp fragments that can severly cut and injur occupants. This product holds all of the broken shards together, dramatically reducing the possibility of injury from flying glass. Addition of this film creates the same level of safety as laminated front windshields all around your vehicle.
