• Estimated running time for presentation (NOTE: Speakers and seminars are scheduled in blocks of 45-minutes)
• A short but detailed summary of topics for discussion, including a maximum of five (5) bullet points for discussion and information on product samples or demonstrations
• A short bio (100 words or less) of the speaker or presenter
• Additional information for special preferences – electrical outlets, large-screen projectors, etc.
