Booths: 3’ x 6’ table tops on Maui

Fees:
See attached form for exhibitor fees and registration deadlines at each venue. Exhibitor fees will be waived for all premium corporate sponsors.

Booth assignments:
Premium corporate sponsors (Title, Platinum, Gold, and Silver) will receive booth preference on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receipt of registration forms/payment. Technology News Bytes reserves the right to reassign or deny exhibit space to any applicant.

Content:
Exhibits should be functional, educational, and timely with regards to information provided on featured technology.

On-site staff:
Each exhibitor is required to register a minimum of two (2) staffers to work with the booth for the dates of the Expo. Registered staffers will be provided with an exhibit pass for all access.

Special needs:
Please notify our staff if you have any special technical needs for your booth, such as electrical outlets, Internet access, etc., as technical access varies from venue to venue. Parking rates and access also varies from venue to venue; please notify our staff immediately if parking is a concern.

Security/ liability:
All reasonable precautions will be taken by both Technology News Bytes and all conference venues on Oahu and Maui to protect the exhibits against damage, loss, and theft. Neither Technology News Bytes nor the conference venues will be held responsible for any property losses or damags during the course of the Expo. All exhibitors are responsible for the set-up, takedown, and removal of exhibit material within their own booth space, including expensive equipment or special items belonging to the exhibitors themselves.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds for booth cancellations within 30 days of the event at all venues, no exceptions made.
