Xerox Hawaii is by far one of Hawaii's largest document management companies, and for many years, has been ranked as one of Xerox Corporation's top performers (in terms of revenue, customer retention, customer satisfaction) in the Western region.

Over the past few years, Xerox has transformed itself from a copier machine company that catered to large businesses, to a customer-eccentric business that provides not only the hardware, but software and on-site personnel to manage all of a company's document management needs. One of the most visible changes implemented within the past year, has been a total redesign of Xerox's historical ""X"" logo.

Locally, Xerox Hawaii has made another significant change by combining it's managed services department with the technical services department, which will now be managed by Keith Gurney under one umbrella.

The thought is to cross train account service people (in the managed services department) and technicians (in the technical services department), allowing account service reps the ability to fix machines on-site and providing technicians with a clearer understanding of customer needs. Xerox Hawaii will be the first document management company in Hawaii to role out such a service model.
